Registration for the 26-27 school year is open! Please register on Parent Portal as soon as possible. Please call our office for support if needed!

Registration for the next school year, 2026-2027 is open. All students must have their registration completed/updated every school year. Your infinite campus parent portal page contains the link that will allow you to access the registration. Remember, one registration per household. This includes all students currently enrolled in WCSD. Infinite campus link here!
If you have a new Incoming Kindergarten student to the district, make sure to add their information by clicking on the ADD NEW STUDENT link on the students' information page. Once complete, please Provide the following:
- Registration application number
- Birth Certificate
- Shot Records
- Proof Of Residency (water bill, Power Bill, Lease agreement etc. w/ Guardians name)
- Proof of attending Pre-K (if a child is NOT 5 years old by August 1, 2025) *
If you have never logged on to your parent portal or need your password reset, please contact the office staff. Also, please let us know if you don't have internet access so we can assist you in completing the registration.
Elmcrest Elementary School has been selected to transition to Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for SY 25-26. As part of the CEP program, all students will have access to free breakfast and lunch meals for the entire school year. This also eliminates the requirement to fill out meal applications. Breakfast will be served in the classroom during morning announcements and lunch will be in the cafeteria as usual.
